Craft brewery based in Schaerbeek, north-east Brussels. Founded by Joël, former brewer at Brasserie de la Senne, it draws on German brewing tradition: Lager, Helles, Hefeweizen, Kölsch, Berliner Weisse, Saison.

On the menu: 10 draft beers including 4 collabs with L’Apaisée, Popihn, Fauve and La Mule. Plus great food, house cocktails and softs, natural wine, and more.
