Brasserie du Grand Paris is first and foremost the story of a Franco-American partnership. Fabrice and Anthony met in the homebrewing scene in Paris and started brewing together in 2011. Based in Saint-Denis since 2016, the team has now surpassed 7,000 hectolitres in production.
