For the occasion, we’ll be pouring three collabs we brewed this year with Brasserie de la Goutte d’Or, Orville and Soquee.

Tour of the former Dumesnil brewery with OCRA
Closed at the end of the 20th century, the former Dumesnil brewery is the heir to the Marché aux Chevaux brewery, bought by Georges Dumesnil in 1840. Its innovative brewing processes (temperature control using the thermal stability of the underground, yeast strain selection with Louis Pasteur…) led it to expand and relocate several times, from the 13th arrondissement of Paris to Ivry-sur-Seine via the 14th.
Today only the underground part of the facilities remains (bought by the Richard brewery, and the focus of the guided tour) in Ivry — still one of the last examples of integrated production, with an output (bottom-fermentation) exceeding one million hectolitres in 1959.
Duration: about 2 hours, including a tasting of 5 beers of different styles related to the tour theme.

Chubby Brewing will present 3 variations of its most monstrous beer to date:
A blend of imperial stout and barley wine clocking in at 17%, aged 9 months in JM rum barrels.
1st version: plain. 2nd version: with cacao nibs and habanero pepper. 3rd version: with a split vanilla pod per bottle.
Bonus: the launch of their barrel-aged beer eau-de-vie and 2 thirst-quenching beers on tap!

After months of work, it was time to show you our (almost) finished space for the Paris Beer Festival!
On the menu: 10 draft beers including 4 collabs with L’Apaisée, Popihn, Fauve and La Mule. Plus great food, house cocktails and softs, natural wine, and more.

TTO: 1989 Brewing lands at the BaB!
Calling all fans of big hops and pop culture: Brasserie 1989 is leaving Normandy to shake up the BaB’s taps!
Founded by three enthusiasts born in… 1989 (of course), the brewery’s mission is to “lift” the codes of craft beer with an electric identity and ultra-stylish recipes. Expect a full immersion blending ’90s nostalgia and modern brewing.
On the bill:
- Explosive NEIPAs: their specialty, with tropical fruit aromatics and that signature hazy look.
- Funky sours: for those who like acidity crafted with audacity.
- Ephemeral gems: exclusive batches that never stay on the keg for long.
Whether you’re a beer “geek” or simply curious to try original flavours, come taste the work of one of the most creative breweries around.

Wednesday May 27, join us at Les Cuves de Fauve during Paris Beer Festival week! You loved the 2025 Hand-Selected series — we’re back with the 2026 harvest.
A BLIND SELECTION Cyprien, co-founder of Fauve Craft Bière, travelled to the US, deep into Yakima Valley, to taste and smell A LOT of hop lots. The principle? A blind selection. We don’t pick a brand, we pick an intensity, an aromatic profile, an emotion. The result is an incredible privilege for us (and for you!): year-round, we know the exact origin of our three flagship hops. We know the farm, and even the specific plot where they grew!
THE WEDNESDAY 27 LINE-UP: Come discover the 4 gems from this selection on draft (and in cans):
- WEST COAST IPA DDH - Simcoe: the resinous, sharp profile we love.
- NEIPA DDH - Mosaic: tropical fruit in its purest form.
- DOUBLE NEIPA DDH - Citra: silky aromatic intensity.
- TRIPLE NEIPA DDH - Mega Blend: a grand finale bringing together every farm in the series.

This year, we take one more step: the official birth of our collective of wild beer brewers.

For 7 years, our 16 taps have showcased the best spontaneous and mixed-fermentation beers with an international taplist. On the menu: 16 breweries, funk, brett and barrel-ageing aplenty! Expect, unsurprisingly, Gueuze, Farmhouse, Lambic and other wild gems to celebrate this 7th edition in style.

We’re delighted to welcome our friends from Soquee and La Malpolon on Thursday 28 May for a double tap takeover at Le Drunken.

La Malpolon is a craft brewery based in Lavérune, near Montpellier, drawing inspiration from the cultures and flavours of the Mediterranean basin. Faithful to brewing traditions while remaining open to experimentation, it crafts living, creative beers from carefully selected local ingredients. Committed to short supply chains, La Malpolon offers a range of modern, authentic beers deeply rooted in their territory.
SOQUEE BREWING
Soquee Brewing is a craft nanobrewery based in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, developing creative and demanding beers in small batches since 2023. Between limited-edition recipes and more traditional styles, the brewery embraces an approach that’s both accessible and precise, designed for curious enthusiasts and craft-beer aficionados alike. With its Parisian production site and a collaboration in Aveyron, Soquee Brewing explores a wide palette of flavours with special attention to hop-forward beers.

Backed by perfectly mastered beers always at the cutting edge of drinkability, we’re putting on a full-scale TTO with around ten references: table beer, dry stout, single-hop IPA, dark ales and of course a few barrel-aged fruited brews.
